Our Products

CUCUMBER GIN

Distilled from corn, this smooth cucumber gin boasts 500 lbs. of locally sourced (and hand peeled) fresh cucumbers. Full of blended botanicals and finished in American Oak barrels, this twenty-times filtered, non-typical gin is best suited with a glass of ice and a couple limes.

PLUM VODKA

Made for those who seek a touch of natural sweetness in their vodka! Using the same aging process as our Wine Cask Vodka, we then add a quarter of a ton of locally sourced European purple plums, along with sloe berries to create a balanced taste. The vodka comes out a dark purple color with a slight sweetness, perfect for your favorite cocktail!

WINE CASK VODKA

Here at B.A.D. we like to think of our traditional spirits in a more non-typical way. Not unlike this vodka, every product we make is filtered a minimum of twenty-times utilizing local lava rock and Newberry Caldera Spring water. We then finish this vodka in repurposed wine barrels from local Oregon wineries for an unbelievably smooth taste!

DOUBLE-BARREL RYE

True Indiana Whiskey, aged 3 years before transferred to a new barrel with a higher char level for an additional year. A truly unique double-barrel aging process for that artisanal touch. Once aged to perfection, it’s cut with local spring water to create a noticeably smooth whiskey.
